As we step into 2024, it's the perfect time to align with your biggest goals and set a course for achieving them. You're about to listen to a guided meditation that is your gateway to unlocking a year filled with success, growth and fulfillment. In this episode, you're not just a listener. You're an active participant in shaping your future. We'll guide you through a serene and effective meditation, helping you visualize the goals you aim to achieve this year. Remember, this experience is designed to be immersive and deeply introspective. For your safety and the effectiveness of the meditation, please ensure you're in a safe, comfortable space where you can relax without interruption. Do not listen to this meditation while driving or operating heavy machinery. Let's get started and what we want you to do. We want you to bring to mind the thing that you want to accomplish this year.

Speaker 2:

Bring some of that more.

Speaker 1:

Go ahead and bring it to mind, and if it's for the whole year, then just bring to mind the very last day of the year. Now, good, we would like for you to do. We would like for you to get inside your imaginary time machine, bring up in the air, out to the future, out into the future. We want you to go to the moment when you'll know that you have achieved the goal.

Speaker 1:

Go out to that moment and have achieved the goal, and if it's the end of the year, then go all the way out to the end of the year. What we want you to do is float right down your body and notice how good it feels to be out there in the future. Notice how good it feels to be in your body out in the future, having accomplished that goal.

Speaker 2:

Notice what you notice and notice how good that feels.

Speaker 1:

Now look around. What will you see when you accomplish that goal? Are there any individuals around you? Are there any certain sites around you? How is it that you'll be celebrating? Notice what you'll see.

Speaker 2:

Now notice what you'll feel when you've accomplished this goal. Is it going to be a feeling of excitement? Is it going to be a feeling of relief or joy, or happiness or love? Notice what you'll be feeling when you accomplish this.

Speaker 1:

Are there any tactile feelings that you're?

Speaker 2:

touching something.

Speaker 1:

Doing a high five with somebody, or maybe you're shaking hands with somebody, or maybe you're dancing and you can feel the ground, or maybe you're cheers-ing with your favorite beverage Somebody else. Are there any feelings that are tactile and, as Shay mentioned, feelings that are emotional or internal? What will you hear? Are there any sounds?

Speaker 2:

Here around you, maybe people are cheering you on. Yeah, we did it.

Speaker 1:

There's clapping happening, people cheering.

Speaker 2:

Notice what you'll be hearing.

Speaker 1:

Are there any smells? Smells Something important to think about. A lot of professional athletes are doing a very highly advanced approach to visualization. Make sure they tap into all their senses, including smell and taste. Anything you'll be tasting.

Speaker 2:

Maybe it's a nice celebratory meal or drink that you'll be having after you accomplish this. Whatever that is for you, just notice, bring it to mind right now, and what are you going to be thinking?

Speaker 1:

What thoughts are going to be going through your head?

Speaker 2:

Are you thinking yes, I did it.

Speaker 1:

Or are you like saying in your head like, wow, I can't believe I did it. Wow, I accomplished that, it happened. It happened. Holy shiitake, it's here.

Speaker 2:

It's here, I did it just like I knew I would.

Speaker 1:

However you Think is perfect. Whatever you think, think about what you would think about.

Speaker 2:

Now go ahead and enhance all of these to the most desired level for you.

Speaker 1:

Turn up the colors turn up the sounds, turn up the volume. If you have a little volume knob out in front of you, just turn it up turn up the feelings pump up the volume make it feel the most desired level for you.

Speaker 2:

Turn up the smells and the taste if desirable.

Speaker 1:

Turn up those thoughts, if you be so it's the most vibrant Static experience that you could experience and just celebrate there for a minute, knowing that you worked hard, you fought hard, you pushed hard, you did what was necessary, you a you get 1% better every day and better and better, and better and better and better, and better and better and you and you worked through the challenges and obstacles. And realized the growth because of it.

Speaker 2:

You pushed through it, you were resilient and you stayed strong mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually and you did it.

Speaker 1:

Notice. Notice that If you're gonna feel that feeling again when it happens again, now, what we'd like for you to do, we'd like for you to go ahead and and step out of that experience.

Speaker 2:

Just pop out of it so that you see your body in the picture or the movie.

Speaker 1:

If it's moving, just step out of it so you see your body like out in front of you doing that of which that you'll be doing when celebrating the moment that you achieve the goal right watch the movie of you watch the Goal getting a cheat and everything that you're gonna do right up to that point.

Speaker 1:

At that point, right after that point, give it life, make it dynamic and view it with energy, your life force energy. What we want you to do is just take deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth, activating it with your chi, life force energy or, as they say in Hawaii, your mana and your certainty in through the nose, out through the mouth.

Speaker 2:

For no percent certainty.

Speaker 1:

Through the nose, out of the mouth, that's it in through the nose, up through the mouth. I'm a percent certainty the nose up to the mouth.

Speaker 1:

Percent certainty from this point forward, between now and when you achieve your goal. Every breath you take or for sir, so you become a hundred percent certain at some point before, then you'll achieve. Now You'll get that amazing feeling on this success. Remember, gotta be certain first, have that faith and belief Plus massive action, then achievement happens. We want you to just kind of float up in the air above that moment for a moment. Look out towards your future and notice brighter, watch it get brighter, as you just positively impacted your future, made the future right here, your future brighter. Notice how good that feels Now, just as you sit there in a meditative state. Remember you have to get to con. You have to get to success in order to get confident. Just remember, you have to do it a case to get to some level of success in order to become confident.

Speaker 1:

A lot of people feel like they're gonna get confident and build up their confidence and then they're gonna act and then they're gonna go out and create success, but they've got it backwards. You just have to remember massive action and belief, that certainty will get you to success and then even a little tiny bit of success, we'll create just a little bit of confidence and then it starts to compound, because that confidence there begets more success, which then begets more confidence, which begets more success, which begets more confidence, which begets more success, which begets more confidence. Go for success, then you'll be confident. Too many have it backwards. Yes, we all do work with our running parachute to increase the chance that we can be confident that the reality is what releasing running parachutes are doing, because it's literally assisting you have less friction, less drag, less limitations, allowing you to leap forward fast so that you can get to just a little bit of success. A lot of people say lean into the fear and lean through it. While that's true, I'm gonna let go of the running parachutes, because you need to feel the fear so that then you can lean into it and lean through it and get just a little bit of success. Then you become confident. It's amazing.

Speaker 1:

We are the only life form on this planet that will do anything less, anything less than what we're capable of. It's late. Jim Broen said if you think about a tree, a tree doesn't say I'm just gonna grow half of my height. No, grows as tall as it can. A deer in the woods doesn't say I'm just gonna grow to half of my possible size. No, it's gonna grow as big as it possibly can. The flower is not gonna just half bloom, it's gonna bloom as much as it can. We're the only life form that chooses to not become as much as we possibly can. So, by putting this goal out there to God and the universe infinite intelligence, the posh of the EO, the punta, depending on your beliefs you're proclaiming to God, the universe. This is something that's important to me, or this year it's got to happen. Now, what do they need to do, shay?

Speaker 2:

Take massive action. What kind of action? Massive?

Speaker 1:

What kind of action? Massive, massive action. Every single day. You're willing to fight for that goal, push for that goal, drive towards that goal, make it happen. Not going to happen by sitting underneath a big tree in the lotus position saying Alhambra Masmi, I am the universe. It's going to happen through massive action, with a desire for ongoing growth. As you sit there in a meditative state, we'd like to suggest that this goal is going to happen for you. It's going to happen easily and effortlessly, smoothly, and you're going to be able to take action every single day You're going to be able to go out and achieve

Speaker 2:

this goal and you're going to achieve this goal and it's going to create another level of confidence. Who's a success?

Speaker 1:

You're going to feel that landed when you've got that success and you're going to be able to長 BC confidence. You take that confidence you take on action and build success. It's going to create a little bit more confidence and you're going to go out and get more success and you're going to build more confidence and you're going to go back more success Way.

Speaker 1:

To go out and be able to take action, always rise as much as it takes in order to get to that level. Success having 100. And then that confidence. We get success and success and get confidence in that confidence. We get success Taking easily and effort and go out there and be able to achieve all these things. You're gonna surprise yourself on the way. It'll be easier than you thought it was gonna be. We'd like to suggest that Totally healthy, totally strong. Every day, in every way, you're getting better and better. You're totally healthy, mastering every day in your mind power and better. Totally healthy, totally strong. Every day, in every way, you're getting better and better. You're totally healthy. You're totally strong, lee, and every day in every way, you're getting better and better. Right now.

Speaker 1:

Now you start to Make your way back to now make your way back to now. Back into the present moment can start to come back to your body, to keep your eyes closed, start to rotate your wrists a little bit, rotate your ankles a little bit, put your arms above your head and stretch. Hmm, you can rotate your neck a little bit, gently, gently Stretch over to the left, stretch over to the right and when you're ready, you can open your eyes.
