Speaker 1:

the reality is what individuals are going to experience in life and, again, these are the blessings that we get to experience. And, by the way, that's a mindset thing. You have to realize, and this is a truth for us, that all of our hardships, all of our challenges and all of our barriers, that literally they are of our creation and all of our barriers that literally they are of our creation and they're also blessings, literally from God, for us to become better, to become better, to become stronger, to become better versions of us. And so this is a mindset thing. And so you turn these hardships and you turn these obstacles and these challenges. Rather than them being oh no, they're an oh yeah. These obstacles and these challenges, rather than them being a oh no, they're an oh yeah. This is helping me to become better and better in every day, in every way.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, see, success in itself is not doing us any favors, right? Because in success, well, everything is good.

Speaker 1:

Oh, and it's also our worst enemy. It is Success, is the worst enemy of the success seeker.

Speaker 2:

And comfortable. When we hit success. We hit a there and we go ah, I'm there, now I can just coast and do nothing. But as soon as that mindset kicks in, then what happens? Failure.

Speaker 1:

Think about George Foreman. Who knows the story about George Foreman? Right, if you're talking about a Olympian who won gold and became the heavyweight champion of the world and came up with his swagger and his flashy outfit into the rumble of the jungle and Ali put him down. Why? Because he was comfortable in his success. He had a breakthrough and then another breakthrough and then he got comfortable and stopped seeking breakthroughs. And the moment you stop seeking breakthroughs is when you're done and you know what the saying will come true that you're either humble or you will get humbled, and so is life. Right Now, what do you need to do? And that happens because it's inevitable. Well, steve Jobs said it best Sometimes in life, you're going to get hit in the head with a brick. Don't lose faith. Yeah, keep the faith. Yeah, that's what Steve Jobs says.

Speaker 2:

He goes, life's going to hit you in the head with a brick. Look at it as your breakthrough.

Speaker 1:

Keep the faith.

Speaker 2:

Get the learnings and the lessons, and Most people don't do that Right. They get hit over the head with brick and they need to get hit over with a few more bricks and it keeps coming and it's brick after brick after brick, and it's like the two robbers in Home Alone If you know, you know.

Speaker 1:

You remember the movie right In New York. So this is so important Whole life success should be the goal, and what ends up happening for an individual is there's going to be an area that needs a focus. It's going to be an area that needs a focus. My health took a digger in 2016, 17,. Because there's a contract that we had that was out of alignment with my three Ps and man.

Speaker 1:

I manifested adrenal fatigue, couldn't get up out of bed. I was bordering what's called Addison's disease, where, literally, your adrenals are on the verge of full-on failure. Right and literally, there I am. I could have chose to just say woe is me and do nothing. No, I realized that was one breakthrough away from perfect health. Well, the other day I ran a 5K personal best of 21 minutes and 7 seconds. That's a 6 minute and 49 second mile. That's 4 minutes and 13 seconds per kilometer and that but that was one breakthrough me to say I got to do something different, I got to cut out this contract from our business. That's draining energy for me and I need to get on my path right and I need to do something different, but it's one breakthrough. It all began with one breakthrough, one breakthrough.

Speaker 2:

Absolutely. Now, yeah, like Steph's saying, a breakthrough isn't just a step forward, it's an elevation to an entirely new level of living. Right when you're in the comfort zone, you don't just take a tiny step and expect to get outside the comfort zone no, because it goes, whoosh, and it sucks you back in, yep. It expect to get outside the comfort zone? No, because it goes and it sucks you back in, yep. It's a very powerful thing, the comfort zone. What you have to do is you have to do something. That's so different. So, beyond what your thinking is, you have to take a massive leap outside of that comfort zone and do something extremely different.

Speaker 1:

You need to take massive action. You need to take massive action, not little action. You need to not step out of the comfort zone, like Shay said, you need to leap and you need to do a quantum leap. What do I mean by quantum leap? It's not just literally something big. That's the massive action part A quantum leap means that you're doing something big. There's massive action, but you're also doing something that requires different thinking.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, not the thinking that got you in the problem. Right, right, you need something different than the thinking that got you in that problem, or straight for Einstein life, right.

Speaker 1:

So, so, so that that's what we mean by a quantum leap. But again, whole life success is the goal, with a focus on an area, probably every year. If you are a super achiever, you might have an area of the year of every half part of the year. I'm focused on this area, on this half of the year, this area in this half of the year. If you are a hyper achiever and you're experiencing hyper growth in life and in business, you might be able to focus on a certain part of your life each quarter, okay, each quarter, regardless.

Speaker 1:

Whenever things are happening not exactly like you want it to be, then you need to stop for a moment and say where am I at now, where do I want to be? What is keeping me from getting there? And be willing to do the hard work. And again, I'm going to say this over and over and over and over and over again check your environment, physical environment, check your environment, the people, the people so important, so important. And then, of course, your, your inner environment, which is your, your, your mental and emotional barriers, so important. You have to understand Elon Musk each time he broke through to a new level of success, had new levels of imposter syndrome that he had to break through. Yeah, how many of you have heard of the imposter syndrome? Right, you feel like, oh, I'm an imposter, or who?

Speaker 2:

am I to do this?

Speaker 1:

I can't possibly do this.

Speaker 2:

I have, you know, x, y, z in my past, or I didn't do this, I didn't go to school, I didn't graduate, whatever, get over it.

Speaker 1:

Everybody's got imposter syndrome. Understand this. We're going to explain the science behind it here in a minute. You have to understand Ryan Reynolds. Does anyone know who that actor is? He's always got his shirt off and he's got the most chiseled abs of anybody in Hollywood, even more so than Will Smith used to right and literally. Even Ryan Reynolds, on record in an interview, said I'm constantly concerned that people are going to think that I'm fat. I kid you, not. The most ripped man in Hollywood is concerned that people are going to find him out and he's not near as shredded as he thinks he is Newsflash he actually is.

Speaker 1:

This is an example of imposter syndrome, right? Oprah Winfrey constantly has thoughts. I wonder if people are going to find me out and if they're going to think I'm a fraud. Sarah Blakely is constantly concerned about people thinking that Spanx is a bad idea and was a bad business idea. All these individuals have had imposter syndrome. Everyone, all of them, including Elon, including Steve Jobs, including Albert Einstein, everyone. Get over it. Here's what you need to understand. It's a psychological phenomenon and people don't talk about this, but Shay and I have figured it out because we understand bifurcation that happens in the mind. All imposter syndrome is? Is you having a conflict internally between who you are and who you want to be? Did you catch that All imposter syndrome actually is is an inner conflict going on inside your mind between who you are and who you want to be. The who you want to be is trying to take shape, but the who you currently are is what it's at the heart of your itty bitty shitty.

Speaker 2:

That's not me, that's not possible. You can't do that Right.

Speaker 1:

And so so again, this is a breakthrough. This is a breakthrough right. There's this. When we, when we go through our mind power breakthrough program, there's a part in the program where an individual gets to merge their inner conflict inside so they become one, so they fully believe that of which that they're becoming. This is so important, so important. This is what causes individuals to have things that look like dis-eases in their body, just conflict. According to Dr Hammer, who has now, him and his students have over 100,000 cases of individuals where inner conflict and emotional conflicts leading to certain types of dis-eases and I say it like that on purpose.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

A breakthrough, a breakthrough, a breakthrough. One breakthrough away from perfect health. We said, that's how. One breakthrough away from believing that you are who you are Absolutely, and that you want to be Yep, and that you're going to be yeah.
