In this episode, we dive deep into Chapter 9 of Master Your Mindpower,  discussing the power of having a morning routine to amp up your mental toughness.

Whether you’re a morning or night person, we all start our day at some point.

A morning routine reduces stress levels, improves mental toughness, and can improve sleep quality and energy levels. Give us a dose of that, please!

There are also only two times per day you have total control over. The first is right when you wake up and the second is right before you go to bed.

The big segments of our Morning Routine for Mental Toughness are:
1. Breathing
2. Gratitude; and
3. Goal-setting
(three minutes each to comprise nine minutes)
